What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you subscribe, billing is handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference, not your card details.

Your contract text — the part that matters

Contracts often contain confidential information, so here is exactly what happens to text you submit:

• It is sent to our third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the analysis. We do not use your contracts to train models.
• The text and its analysis are stored in your account so you can revisit them. They are visible only to you.
• You can delete any contract from your dashboard at any time; deletion removes the stored text and analysis.
• We do not sell or share your contract text with anyone else.

Cookies & usage

We use authentication tokens to keep you signed in and basic server logs to keep the Service running and secure. No third-party ad cookies.

Third parties

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: Anthropic (AI analysis of submitted text) and Stripe (payments). We do not share data with advertisers.

Retention & deletion

Account data and stored contracts are retained while your account is active. Delete individual contracts any time from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and its data, email us and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. EU and California residents have the rights afforded under GDPR and CCPA respectively; contact us to exercise them.
